Santa Scurry 5K - Keller, TX.

If you are registered for Santa Scurry 5K and would like to make a change to your registration, there are several options. Please review the options and fees below for registered participants of the Santa Scurry 5K

REFUND

All registrations are non-refundable unless Fanshield race insurance is purchased with registration. Refunds are handled by FanShield and are subject to their insurance terms. 

DEFERRAL:

A deferral can be made up to the deadline(s) below and must be completed by signing into RunSignUp and choosing deferral or transfer. Be sure to go through all steps and answer all emails from RunSignUp; participants are responsible for completion of the process. Deferrals and Transfers cannot be processed for an event that has already taken place.

You may defer your registration to next year’s event
There is a $10 deferral fee
Deferrals are available through Dec 6th at 4PM
Transaction fees charged by the online registration provider cannot be refunded or transferred.
Deferrals are not available after Dec 6th at 4PM

How to Defer: 

Sign into your RunSignUp Account. In your profile, find the Santa Scurry 5k in your upcoming events. Choose Manage Registration option which will take you to a page where you can view your profile, registration info and you'll see the option to Defer Registration. Choose Defer Registrations and go through the prompts. Participant is responsible for completing  deferral process in its entirety before deadline listed above.
